My dear friends,

I am delighted to say I am home and settled from my Caribbean adventure.  My husband planned the most perfect honeymoon for us on the Legacy, one of the fleet of tall ships with Windjammer Cruises (hi Jammers!).  It was amazing!

Words cannot fully capture that moment each sunset when we were called to the top deck to join the crew in raising the sails.  The crowd goes silent in reverence as the bag pipes start playing.  Amazing Grace is cranked over the loudspeakers and a chill goes up my spine. Together we take the rope and haul up the sails as the sun goes down on the blue waters. Ahhhh.

And then it was time for the rum swizzles! :-)

Other than the warmth, blue waters and endless lazy days with my husband, perhaps the best thing that came of my 10 day vacation was that I verified that I had accomplished what I had set out to all those years ago when I began consciously creating my life.  You see, I have created a life I do not need a vacation from. 

After a couple of days on the beach drinking painkillers (our new favorite) I was jones’n for a deep and meaningful life-giving conversation. I was desperate for someone to coach!  It sounds funny but I am not kidding. Years ago I intentionally built my profession around my favorite thing in the world to do – talk to people about life – and now that is how I spend my days! (Now if I can just find someone to pay me for going to spa ;-).)

I share this because I am passionate about people creating lives and businesses around their natural talents and abilities, what comes to them with ease, and what they love. To do this you may be thinking that your life or your business might end up looking a little unconventional and you may be wondering what to do with that.

Well, I thought I would share the guiding principles of Coach Joelle Inc. to create some openings of what is possible for you in your life, in your profession, and in your business. 

This document is a creation from my heart. It is an authentic expression of what I choose for my life and choose I want to forward in the world.  Some of it exists already and some is still to be manifested.

When you walk into our space or into the presence of the Coach Joelle team you experience a mood of possibility, energy, and excitement.

There is music, color and scent chosen with intention by the people who work here, to support their moods and their individual contributions.  There are vibrant spaces for creation and play and quiet spaces for peace and relaxation.

We have a revitalization space on the premises that has places for reading, massages, a hot tub and a garden. 

There is a self expression room on the premises where we can go to move, dance, shout, create videos, have special events, and sing if the spirit moves you!

There is fabulous food available, the most perfect coffee and tea station and healthy wholesome snacks. 

We frequently bring in professionals to support the conscious creation of our lives and our business.  An image consultant so that every person can feel their best; a martial arts master to demonstrate the power of focus; an applied kinesiology practitioner to understand the wisdom of the body etc..

We have life coaches to support each person on their individual journey and each person has a development plan for a future that inspires them.

We are a community in every sense and it is common for us to choose our play time together, having adventures, attending retreats, or taking vacations.

We are a part of something and we are up to something that we each find worthwhile and in alignment with our natural gifts, talents and life purpose.

So there you have it! Now you know what I am up to and my wish is that it opens up something for you. Our work and our lives are not separate things.
